Next time put extra icing on base to set the sides. It makes it stand better. It usually takes a few minutes for it to stick. Also as mentioned below put the icing in hot water. The rest of the icing is supposed to be used as know. This looks fun.

I do this every year with my kids. The key is to really knead that icing, cut a larger slit in the top so you won’t have to squeeze as hard and use ALOT of frosting. They give you a lot for a reason, I had almost none left when we were done. Also put frosting as the base.Regardless this was a really fun video lol I love yall

You can cut the shapes that's already on there out right and jus make make glass windows wit jolly ranchers.

If y’all do this again for like a rematch or whatever, use ALOT of icing because the pieces are thick & heavy. I usually get extra icing so I have more to work with. My siblings and I do this every year so We’ve had our experiences lol
